Velberget Concierge

Pass’s card is in your phone’s wallet: your next flight, its gate changing as it does. Gates where the airport sends them.

The whole airport, free.

Departure boards and maps for 4,081 airports, Dine & shop and Essentials. Every flight you follow alerts you, even with Flyteller closed.

More than 1 trip at a time.

Without Pass, you follow 1 trip at a time. With Pass, you follow several at once, up to 30 flights on each phone or browser. Pass also puts your logbook on every device, and its alerts are checked first on the busiest days.

Your next flight is in your wallet.

It lives in your phone’s wallet and shows your next flight without opening the app: the gate, updated when it changes, the departure time and the terminal. It isn’t a boarding pass.

Gates where the airport sends them.

A person at the desk from 9 am to 11 pm.

Every day, UK time. Outside those hours an AI assistant answers and says it is an AI. Urgent requests ring your concierge at any hour.

Pass

Will the free app stay free?

Yes. Everything in it today stays free.

Are there ads?

There are no ads from ad networks in the apps. An offer from a company that pays us, such as car hire or an eSIM, says Ad beside it. On the board and an airport’s pages we may show news of our own, which says From Flyteller, or another company’s paid ad, which says Ad and its name. The website may also show 1 ad from Google, labelled as one, at the end of 2 airport pages: Essentials and Dine & shop. It’s never a pop-up, a video or a sound, and members never see that one, nor does a Velberget Concierge member’s family.

What’s on the Pass card?

It lives in your phone’s wallet and shows your next flight without opening the app: the gate, updated when it changes, the departure time and the terminal. It isn’t a boarding pass.

Which flights get alerts when Flyteller isn’t open?

Every flight you follow, in the free app too, up to 30 at a time on each phone or browser, with a warning when the plane for your flight is running late. On the busiest days we check flights followed by Pass and Velberget Concierge members first, so a free alert can come late or be missed. Without Pass, you follow 1 trip at a time, and alerts start on 2 new shared flights a month.

How far ahead can I follow a flight?

Any day the flight data covers, up to 179 days ahead, in the free app too. Alerts start a day before the flight.

Velberget Concierge

What’s the difference between Pass and Velberget Concierge?

Pass is the app, working on more of your trips. Velberget Concierge adds a person: someone who knows how you travel and looks after every trip.

What comes with Velberget Concierge in the post?

A numbered metal card with your name on the front and your concierge’s number on the back: if your phone is lost, stolen or flat, call from any phone and give your membership number. And a metal tag for your bag, with a code and no name: whoever finds the bag scans it and tells us where it is, and your concierge takes it from there.

Who is my concierge?

One person on our team, the same each time. An AI assistant answers simple questions at once, and always says it’s the assistant.

When can I reach my concierge?

Your concierge is there every day from 9 am to 11 pm UK time. Outside those hours the AI assistant answers. Urgent requests ring your concierge at any hour.

Do you use AI?

For simple things. The assistant answers questions about your trip at any hour, and books small extras, such as fast track or a lounge, within a limit you set. Anything larger, and anything that goes wrong, goes to your concierge.

Why is Velberget Concierge by application?

A concierge can look after only so many people well. Applying is free and commits you to nothing.

Paying and cancelling

What does Velberget Concierge cost?

£1,450 a year, or £144.99 a month. The first 50 members pay £949.99 a year, or £95 a month, for as long as they stay, and keep that price if they come back within 30 days of leaving. What we book for you, such as a car, fast track or a lounge, is paid for separately, at a price you see first.

Can a company pay for Velberget Concierge?

Yes. Velberget Concierge for companies is £1,950 + VAT a year for each named traveller, from 3 travellers, invoiced once a year.

How does Flyteller make its money?

Members pay for it: Pass pays for the software, and Velberget Concierge for your concierge’s time. Partner links may also earn us a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you, and the website may show 1 ad, which members never see. We never buy anything in advance.

How do I cancel?

You buy Pass and Velberget Concierge in the app through the App Store. Apple takes the payment from your Apple Account and sets the price shown before you confirm. Both are subscriptions: they renew every year or every month, at the price shown, until you cancel. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal. If you cancel, you keep what you paid for until the end of that period. Apple, not Flyteller, handles refunds: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. Flyteller can’t refund a payment Apple took. Deleting your Flyteller account doesn’t cancel your subscription: cancel it in Settings as well. You must be 18 or over to buy. Restore purchases, in the membership screen, gives back a subscription you already have.

Is membership available outside the UK?

The prices here are for the UK. Prices for other countries aren’t set yet.

Do I need an account?

For membership, yes: it keeps your logbook in step across your devices, and your membership goes wherever you sign in. The free app needs none.
